When I put my email in that I used to start this account it says it doesnt exist. 

 

I have two accounts with you. 

which has a few products 

and 

 that is the new one that I used in purchasing the Object Desktop suite. 

 

Please advice!

I dont have a ticket number. I have sent lots of emails everywhere I can think find.

If I need to start a ticket where do I do that. 

 

This has been extremely frustrating as I have bought products and received keycodes, downloaded and have been on my way with no issues. 

I dont understand why this experience has been so much worse. 

Weeks now of WTF.
