First problem: Because Fences.exe is not running there is no "configure fences option to take a snapshot. Any way to save off the configuration files manually?

When starting computer, desktop was blank. No Fences and would not show on double click. Fences shortcut reported unable to locate Fences.exe. A search found no Fences.exe on the system but the Stardock directory Decided to reinstall 3.08 but it failed stating that "uninstall already running". Disabled fences in startup and rebooted but Fences install failed with same result. Decided to upgrade to Fences 5 but, after download, install failed with same r
