YES THERE IS..............a few months ago I purchased start10 then my computer went nuts so I had to do a recovery and when I downloaded start10 and tried to enter the product key it said I tried too many times so now Im screwed I sent messages to stardock and all they did was refer me to forums. How can I unlock my account so I can enter the product key? Please be specific because Im not the brightest bulb on the tree. xxxxxx@mail.com

Whatever you do dont waste your time trying to call and get a live person on the phone because it will not happen. All they have is one recording after another that are useless.......NO live people!
