Removing Start8 and few other Stardock apps helped to get back Windowblinds8 and Fences back - no luck with ODM though

Well - that's the problem as not only I can't see anything in ODM but also none of applications run (or changing their settings has any effect)

Yes - I don't have an active one. But unless something has changed I was supposed to be able to run versions that were available when my subscription was active. Isn't that true anymore?

I have exactly the same issue. For quite a while it worked perfectly then one day all apps disappeared from ODM.
