Version 1909 (US Build 18.363.592 Rebooting has not helped, but I can sure try it again. I will look at your link, purge and reinstall per its directions. As I said, the weird thing is that all those programs are there, just whited out. For example, I launched Acronis True Image just fine, even though I could not see the icon on the menu, just white/blank. Thank you for your time. I will try those things and report back

All of a sudden, my "All Programs" icons are gone and the pane is just white. However, when I hover a cursor over it, I can still launch programs from it. How do I get the folder icons back? Right now, I can't see any icons, but I can launch a program (Though I have no idea what it will be since I can't see the list). Thanks for any help. I can't correlate this to any system or program change.
