I'm trying to move the icon from an unfenced area of the Desktop into a Fence.

I have Fences installed on a Dell laptop with a touch screen running Windows 10. When I use the touch screen to drag a program shortcut icon and drop it on a fence, I get a popup with options to "Copy here" and "Move here". When I select "Move here", the icon flies back to its original location on the screen. If I select "Copy here", the icon is duplicated, with "- Copy" added to the label, and the original icon still exists. Is there some way to get "Move here" to work? Yes, I could
Both Fences 3 and Windows 10 allows multiple desktops, but I'm have trouble achieving my desired setup. What I want to do is have two Windows 10 desktops with different sets of Fences on each. Ideally, some Fences would appear on both/all Windows desktops, but some Fences would appear only on some desktops. However, when I enable Fences "desktop pages", all Fences that appear on Windows 10's "Desktop 1" also appear on Windows 10's "Desktop 2". Dragging one of those
