Hi there, I re-checked the transaction log. There're an additional 2$ charge, which I think it was held to verify the card then refund later. But it's more than 2 weeks and its still holding . Could you please check it for me?. Normally the verification fee should return to my account for less than a week (Google & Amazon return almost instantly, and Paypal holds for 8 days)

I placed an order last Sunday. My bank account was charged already.
