So I was slightly wrong. It's not just the VR app that makes this happen. When I plug in another monitor. Fences disappear as well. So... its something else.

When launching Mixed Reality Portal (SteamVR) all my fences disappear. Any icons Not inside a Fence remains visable. Once Mixed Reality is closed... all fences reappear. Windows 11 any ideas?
