Nope, I doubt it a user error, but a program error, worked perfect before the update for months. I finally got the latest update to install, and can acess the secondary BUT .... Copy/Paste does not work at all and crashes the software! I turned off anti-virus and firewall to install and it STILL isn't working like before the updates. Why not try rolling everything bacK? Give your paid users back what has worked until you test your updates more.<
Yep, it's broke totally, as said before, keeps wanting to install time after time, once I finally got an install done, connection errors, unable to connect. I had changed no setting on the pc's (5 connected with a PRO License, now Primary and 2 secondaries connect, anbd 2 others won't. All the same models, same software, same firewall setting.. Hppe it's fixed soon !!!
