My Nvidia drivers are all up to date And windows defender and firewall have been turned off, thanks for the reply though.

I am having an issue where i download the game through steam and when i double click i get the splash screen for a second then back to desktop. I have tried everything from the troubleshooting guide including reinstall,checking file integrity, changing resolution, permissions, eliminating background programs, installed to another drive, all my hardware is up to date driver wise and all other games work as intended.
