Never mind, I installed Start10 by going to the file in "Downloads" and clicking on the the downloaded '.exe' file. though I still don't know why I got the error? also I didnt see a way to say this post was solved or to delete even though noone but my self replied...
I just purchased Start10 but the downloaded file, Start10_1.11_setup_sd.exe won’t open. I am able to download it but when I click on it I get a popup that says: “Notice The following minimum system requirements for this setup were not met: Operating System: Windows 10, Windows Server 2016.
