Not sure if this is the right place for this as I know this started some time in between Start 7/Start 8 and Start 11 ... basically search results don't return batch (.bat) files when they're located inside your "Start Menu" folder (ie; C:\Users\ \AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu). It sounds out there but I've relied on this for some time -- it lets me make simple batch files to launch things like FireFox instances with different profiles etc, then quickly acces
