Update. I purges and reinstalled v3.0.3. I then unchecked the box in Fences settings to create fences from a left mouse click. That improved things a bit. I then installed a bloatware program that came with my Samsung monitor driver called "Easy Settings Box." That seems to have made a huge difference in the responsiveness of Fences. I am having the exact same problem and from the web searches I've done, so are many others. I got turned off when the customer service manager said they've done all they can do and since it works fine on other computers, all must be good... I'm gonna try the "purge" and reinstall once more, but if it doesn't work I'm calling it quits with Fences.
