don't laugh TOO hard-try again-I redownloaded soundpagckager again-now someone please re-tell me how to install my HAL.(if it works, I'm getting it again-do I have to repay to get it again?(I don't mind if I have to)

I can't afford a video camera, as I am motor-impaired....forget it, by going away, I mean it won't even click on from the taskbar, period only comes on for a few seconds, then NADA.So I can't use it at all.
it (the sound packager program STAYS ON FOR 29 SEC. THEN GOES AWAY. (sorry for the CAPS- unintentional)
it only comes on for 20 seconds, then disappears, so I can't do that.
