I've re-installed it like u TOLD ME TOO-BUT IT NOW KEEPS TELLING ME TO PAY-WHICH I DID, AND WAS APPROVED-I will not pay twice!so do I activate it and put in my serial no? ((here we go again)

Yes you will need to reactivate it. You should be able to activate it. But if it says you have reach maximum activation. You will need to deactivate those old activation using this guide : https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#deactivateproduct
