When uninstalling and reinstalling start10 is there a settings file i can just copy and paste back so i dont have to setup start10 again?

Pin to start menu works, all apps are pinned to the top, what does not work is 'Pin to this list' ..... for example in the Excel recent's popup, 'Pin to this list' does not work, it does nothing. My windows 10 version is 1511 (Build 10586.11)
