Looks like the image will not upload...I'm guessing due to my job's encryption policies..is there somewhere I can email this image to?

After installing Fences and inputting my email address for activation,I am getting the following error: There is nothing wrong with my connection as I am able to access other applications. I tried to find the cache and license file mentioned from previous posts, but as you can see,they are not there.. PLEASE HELP!!
