Money charged but product not delivered in Start8 Stardock Forums

On April 16, 2015 I tried to purchase the Start8 software as I was going to run out of the trial period. I clicked on the link that appeared on my screen and it gave me an option to pay using debit card. I made three attempts to pay using my debit card (issued in India) and each time it showed 'transaction couldn't be completed'. However, soon I received notifications of deduction of Rs. 128 thrice (roughly 6.2$) from my account. So more than double the amount of software was dedu
