well it does modify the Microsoft Edge shortcut on the desktop. The Microsoft Edge shortcut is not a standard short cut and can not be created by right clicking on the application. I've actually reloaded Windows 10 10586 from clean backup with no Start 10 installed and then installed Start 10 and every time Microsoft Edge shortcut is modified to point to the Stardock folder with launche.exe inserted. I have discovered that after Start 10 is installed it modifies the Microsoft Edge Shortcut to point to stardoc folder to add launch.exe to its path and when Strat 10 is uninstalled the short cut no longer works and is no returned to normal. Normal path for edge is: %windir%\explorer.exe shell:Appsfolder\Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe!MicrosoftEdge. Edge is not like a normal .exe and can not be placed on the desktop directly. Running Windows 10 10586 Pro on Dell 3487 I7 - Start 10 v1.05 installed: If Start 10 uninstalled it uninstalls Microsoft Edge application - attempted on several re-installations of Windows 10. Can not properly display Microsoft Control Panel when Start 10 set to display Control Panel as a menu - spinning circle icon comes up and Start 10 freezes, have to kill Start 10 with task manager.
