Purchased Object Desktop but it's not available in "Purchase History" or "My Downloads"

Dear Community, today i purchased Object Desktop but there are some issues, making it impossible to activate and get the software. After purchasing Object Desktop, I got the mails containing the links and product key. But suddenly when trying to access my account, the website gets very slow (also tried to figure out if it's an issue with my connection, but all fine).
