It's like this out of the box. What gives? I submitted a support ticket and they literally sent me here. So they literally just don't even support their own software? Just bought this so if can't get it working will be filing a dispute. I used this software like a decade ago and it was fine, I figured if the company was around for that long they would have at least made some changes, but it's literally exactly like I remember it... yet my old license was expired... why

I have spent the last ~48 hours configuring and reconfiguring StarDock Tiles and WindowBlinds and getting my settings reset and having my computer combust on me. I've come to the conclusion that if 10 years later WindowBlinds is still in the same sad state, this developer will probably never get their act together. Does anyone know of alternative software to Tiles and/or WindowBlinds? They are great concepts, just absolutely dreadful in their execution.
