I'm also experiencing the same effect when I Remote Desktop into a PC running Fences (which effectively behaves as one monitor) and then log back into the PC directly. The positions of all my fences are screwed up. It would really be nice if Fences could auto-remember layouts for each monitor setup. I mean... Windows is able to remember monitor positioning and layout when you plug or unplug physical monitors. Similarly my Wallpaper Rotator program also detects change in monitor c
