Can't run a store with no one to make sure customers are paying for and getting their merchandise, just my thoughts. I would expect delayed responses or none during the holidays for forums. I would not expect the same for support for non-fulfilled orders, store problems. Oh well, I guess not everyone only gets a day off for Christmas, I will just envy
