Perhaps a simple asterisk (*seamless mode only). Or simply enabling the feature in KVM mode (I know, not that simple). Reading your post I had a "doh!" moment and realized I can copy and paste files, achieving the same goal. I don't know if this will work with the gigabyte files I work with, but it should and I'll keep you posted.* Thank you for your patience, and your lack of dismissiveness. I do like the software overall, that's why I upgraded instead of goi

That does answer my questions, but means I upgraded for no reason whatsoever. Just so I don't feel like a sucker, can you show me on the Multiplicity sales page where it says the first listed feature does not work in the mode the software is named for ( KVM Pro)? At the top of the page it says: <p id="application_description" class="description" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 1.125em; margin: 1rem auto; max-width: 941px;
Thank you for your suggestions. I was able to copy/paste, but I followed your instructions and ran the bat and reinstalled. I even rebooted in-between, just in case. I can still copy/paste, but whenever I try to drag a file or folder, I get a circle with a line through it whenever my cursor is over Multiplicity. I also discovered that whenever I switch my secondary to a primary, the about screen shows the Pro version. When I switch back to secondary it disappears. This happens
Paid for pro upgrade from the version that came with object desktop, works fine on my primary computer. Says "Pro" in about box. But it doesn't say "Pro" on my secondary, and won't let me drag and drop files. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it.
