I got curious about Fences 2.13 and noticed that the Windows 10 workstation that doesn't have frozen fences was up to date and the one that was being cranky was still back on 2.01 (bad maintenance on my part!). I installed the 2.13 and now Fences is behaving correctly. Don't know what this means for everyone who has already tried this and it didn't "thaw" out things.

I have the same problem (Windows 10 and frozen, but unlocked, fences). The interesting thing is that I have a second workstation with Windows 10 and the fences are working correctly. I, too, am wondering if it is some setting in the Windows configuration
