Hi, I have had an ongoing problem for years. Sometimes it goes away for a while if I do an update to fences but it always comes back. The behavior I expect is that icons in the "general" desktop population will not be able to exist under a fence. If I move the fence I expect the non-fence icons to move around to get out of the way.
