And before anyone targets codecs. Those same mpg's that don't work as backgrounds, play fine in windows media player. To see if my codecs where broken, I uninstalled K-Lite Mega, tried it, still didn't work, picked up Vista Codec, still didn't work(but, plays fine in windows media player)

Same thing here with an X800GT, more specificly, wmv dreams play fine, mpg and .dream doesn't.
