I'm trying to set my Fences so that at the very least they stay open until I close them I thought that was what the "Double click Fence titlebar to roll up" option was for in the "Roll-up Fences" Options I've tried many different combination and it still doesn't work that way Ultimately what I would like is to click on them to open AND close. anyone know how to do this? Thanks M

I've been seeing the same behavior off and on using Windows 8.1 I can't tell what is different when it happens?
