Honestly the Vasari Rebel Titan has amasing synergy with its first, third and last powers. Nano Leach is what the entire best hinges on getting as guickly as possible. I mean sure the Channel for the Second ability is great and all, but really if your running it with a fleet then, it is best suited like the Anklyon, in the middle of the fight where you get the maximum output from NL then you combo off a Gravity Bomb for a "Nope you can't" moment or even Sever which in of itself is a great
