Hi, I keep getting asked to enter product key every morning. I have a program that runs to clean junk from my pc and it cleans some password file Start11 uses. I need to have it skip that directory/file but not sure where it's located on the drive. Thanks for your help.

Well, I think it was a Win10 issue as I rebooted my laptop and now it's working as desired. Sorry for confusion, I just thought it might be Start10 related as this is only machine I have that installed on.

Hi, Not sure this is a Win 10 or Start10 issue, but on my two other laptops that are on Win 10, it's not affecting them. Anyways in File Manager, when I try and highlight a folder or a filename, it doesn't highlight it. It will show how many files I have selected but it won't actually highlight the item selected. This makes it very tough and risky when doing deletes. Any ideas if this is a Start10 or Win10
