Sean, Thanks for that registry tweak. I am trying to get the shutdown and restart options working from Remote Desktop Connections. After applying the registry change and rebooting and then uninstalling and reinstalling. I still get the issue where the Windows Icon , Sign out (expanded) / Restart, still just logs the user off. I installed the Start10 application on new Windows Server 2019 Std. servers. Everything works fine except the right click on the start icon / Shut down does not provide the selection of shutdown / sign out / restart. It only provides sign out and not the options that you get on Windows 10 Pro clients. How can I get the same functions in Windows Server 2019?
