I did the purge, rebooted, downloaded again, entered the product key, rebooted and the purple Windows screen is still appearing. I had to disable Malwarebytes to access the purge program. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. Thanks for your guidance Joel

I've used Start 8 for 5 years. It disappeared, my start up now is a purple Windows screen requiring my password. Unable to reactivate Start 8 I bought it again and downloaded it. It doesn't ask me for my product key, rebooting doesn't solve anything. How do I get Start 8 working again? Any help greatly appreciated. Thank you
