It was exceptionally odd, and the problem quickly became exponentially bigger, but obviously not a Stardock issue. Turns out that using two different premium password/identity applications concurrently, can REALLY screw things up. LOL Picked True-Key over Last Pass, uninstalled the latter, reinstalled the former, problems solved.

OK so this is just strange. I'll try to describe the issue as concisely as possible.
