I mentioned almost 2 years ago that Synergy was going to be the better option. Even if Stardock started on the process to make multiplicity multi platform, it would take them years to work out all the bugs. I gave up even trying; I would suggest you do the same. Stardock is not going to start development on this over 2 pages and a handful of people wanting this even though their nearest competitor offers this. It will just stay behind as a windows only and they won't even adjust the p

While I will re-install the software (when I can afford to reboot); are you all going to be investigating this or are you just hoping that re-installing it fixes it? My issue is coming off a fresh installation (not an upgrade) of windows 11 with just a few products installed (start 11, fences 4, deskscapes, multiplicity, and chrome). The computer doesn't have much else installed on it besides what windows installs by default.

How do you deactivate a product from a computer that no longer exists? I tried to install something (I forgot what it was) and it told me that I had the product activated on a few machines but all those machines are gone; they were formatted; the many machines it's seeing were failed windows installations where I had to format and restart. How do you remove licenses from computers that are long gone? Is there a web ui process where I can remove machines that don't exist anymore from my variou

I'm eventually going to drop Multiplicity in favor of Synergy; I haven't swapped yet because I'm waiting v3. I need something that does multiple operating systems, not just Windows. Syngery does Windows/Linux/Mac where as Multiplicity only works in Windows. Even if Stardock got started TODAY on doing this, it would likely be in development for years; which makes Syngery the favorable product if you want something that works outside of Windows.

Any animated, I have a different video for every monitor; the problem happens across all monitors equally; I use animations from https://www.wincustomize.com/ , I cycle through animations; so it happens with all of them.

I am having this exact same issue. It progressively gets worse and worse and worse (meaning the gap keeps getting bigger and bigger, like the wallpaper is moving down screen) until you have to reboot. If I disable deskscape, the problem goes away when reverting back to the original wallpaper. When I restart it (without having rebooted), the problem continues. No video is necessary, a simple screenshot illiterates the issue: <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/57/97/579728

I've noticed that the taskbar is sluggish; it's slow to respond to my clicks sometimes. The taskbar icon area (the part you see with the up arrow), sometimes I can't click on that sometimes I have to right click. You'll notice in this screen shot that the calendar has 2 different backgrounds, that's because it's not showing up on one monitor,

So far so good, noticed a few things, mainly just spacing: That's the bottom of my monitor, so you can see the network icon, the sound icon, and the time are all too low; they need to be moved up. You can also see where the second screen starts that the icons are like right on top of each other, there needs to be a litt

Weird; it just all of the sudden started working like that again. How do I ensure that it works like this so, if it happens again, I can resolve?

Howdy, I have been using multiplicity for years ... windows just had an update that messed up my pc so I was forced to wipe out and start over. Now when I am using multiplicity; when I try to take the mouse from one computer to another; I can only make it swap between PCs if I am on a certain monitor. My setup is as such: Top (secondary) 1, 2, 3, 4 (4 monitors) Bottom (primary) 5, 6 (2 monitors) I used to be

yeah, my ip, and my browser information is known. Anyway, I'm just reporting it ... I'm not submitting logs, if you guys want to just let it be because I don't submit a log, that is your choice.

I'd love to, but you guys will want me to run your diagnostic utilities, which collects way more information than I feel is necessary. Took me over an hour last time to strip out information that I didn't feel you should have. If you guys can trim down your diagnostics program to not pull in personal details to the computer (ip addresses, pc name, etc), then I'd be happy to do so, but right now you pull in everything and I'm not really good with that nor do I hav

I have been suffering from this problem since way before the update from December 21st, see here: https://forums.stardock.com/478760/page/1/#3644298 To help resolve this issue, on my C drive, at the base, I created a bat file called restart_explorer.bat This is the contents of that file: taskkill /f /im explorer.exe start explorer.exe Then I created a shortcut and put it on my quick b

Having an issue, this has been consistent for quite sometime... basically, one of my folder portals refuses to remain on the desktop, it forces itself on top of my windows. Quite annoying. http://screencast.com/t/d8I01McZ7

At least once an hour, or so it seems, I am unable to interact with my desktop, I can still use my start menu, use all programs, do everything except interact with Fences. It simply doesn't let me click or shows a waiting icon. Waiting does nothing, I have to ctrl + alt + delete my explorer.exe and restart it for it to resume. Very very annoying.

Often comes, I come to my desktop and I can't click on anything; fences is totally frozen. I couldn't find a service to restart, I couldn't find a way to get this to let me click on the desktop. Originally I was rebooting, now I'm killing explorer.exe and restarting it, which does the trick, but windows, despite the millions of dollars in development, still doesn't handle things well. We need a way to restart a frozen fence or fences needs a way to detect when it's fro

These suggestions are all for Folder portals: The 'Show Labels' doesn't seem to work here, it should apply. Icon organization, we should be allowed to create rules that apply to the folder portal as well; so I can have new icons move to the folder portal instead of maintaining a fence and a portal. Hide shortcut arrows on desktop; while I understand that folder portals are a little different, it is still possible to hide the shortcut icon, but it would appl
