These suggestions are all for Folder portals:

The 'Show Labels' doesn't seem to work here, it should apply.

Icon organization, we should be allowed to create rules that apply to the folder portal as well; so I can have new icons move to the folder portal instead of maintaining a fence and a portal.

Hide shortcut arrows on desktop; while I understand that folder portals are a little different, it is still possible to hide the shortcut icon, but it would apply to the whole system. Some people, like me, are okay with this, we'd prefer consistency.

I think that's it.

I have a suggestion, hire someone to actually answer a phone at your company and provide some costumer support. At this point I'm not sure how this company works. If you call them by phone, EVERY department is voice mail, even the operator, and no matter who's name you try in the company directory, it tells you no one exists. My order I was told was tagged as fraud, but my bank approved it, and after leaving 2 voice mails and 3 emails i have recieved no responce. I am seeing fraud here, but it's not on my end.

You receive an 'auto reply' with your ticket number. Keep it, don't answer it. Answer only emails (to the linked to your account). You should see that auto-reply same day. If you do not, you should check your email's "spam" folder.

Support works M-Fr, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. ET (USA). 

There is also a Support Forum with suitable sub-forums, in any case, it shouldn't be relied upon instead of submitting a request via the url above.
