Desktop icons sitting on top of windows

Having an issue, this has been consistent for quite sometime... basically, one of my folder portals refuses to remain on the desktop, it forces itself on top of my windows. Quite annoying.

I'd love to, but you guys will want me to run your diagnostic utilities, which collects way more information than I feel is necessary. Took me over an hour last time to strip out information that I didn't feel you should have.

If you guys can trim down your diagnostics program to not pull in personal details to the computer (ip addresses, pc name, etc), then I'd be happy to do so, but right now you pull in everything and I'm not really good with that nor do I have the time to go through and pull all that information out again to submit a log.

stardock849, by registering to be a member of Stardock's site/sites your IP etc is already known.

There is nothing 'new' in the logs submitted other than appropriate error codes to enable an issue to be resolved/replicated.  It's the prime reason you are required to be over 13 and/or have parental consent to register with a legitimate email account. [See COPPA].

yeah, my ip, and my browser information is known.

Anyway, I'm just reporting it ... I'm not submitting logs, if you guys want to just let it be because I don't submit a log, that is your choice.

Support issues are handled by following the suggestion in comment #1 above.

If the only recourse is to run the diagnostics utility then you will have to make a choice.

Your issue won't be resolved in the forums.

End of stardock849's quote

Actually, that is YOUR choice, not Stardock's.

You choose to not assist Stardock Support in your problem's resolution, ergo you choose not to have your problem resolved.

ALL competent/responsible products' Support processes require error-log submissions...from the OS itself down.  Stardock is simply one of them.
