Hi, i have test it and it don't work. I have installed Windows 8.1 complete new (format c) and the Problem is always there?!? Is it a compatibility Problem with my nvidia GTX660?

Hi, i have purchased WB and Start8 last Year. I don't use WB long Time. Yesterday i installed the new 8.05 Version and it worked with many Problems. When i activate any Skin, the Screen goes on and off and on and off. Only Standard Skin workes without Problems. Is there a Fix or Solution for this Problem? Thanks in advance for help :) A.M.G.
