I uninstalled Twinkle Tray, rebooted, and still on the left. I'll keep trying disabling resident programs one at at time. Thanks!

I'm not about to revert to Windows release version, and have to reinstall everything. I would remove Start11 and use an alternative first. I posted this the another thread and another user said that he was using Windows Insider 3858 and had no problems

Downloaded the update / rebooted and the problem seems to be fixed. I had previously checked for updates through the Start 11 / about . I guess Betas don't appear that way because it reported that I was current with 1.18. In the future I will have to check my accounts / download page for updates. Thanks for your help!

I am using Start 11 (1.16) Whenever I play a game in Full Screen mode, the task bar is moved to the top of the screen and I must Restart Explorer to fix it. It makes no difference if the game is played in native resolution (1920x1080) or a higher resolution. The result is the same. Is there a fix for this?
