Taskbar moves to top after playing Full Screen Game

I am using Start 11 (1.16)  Whenever I play a game in Full Screen mode, the task bar is moved to the top of the screen and I must Restart Explorer to fix it.  It makes no difference if the game is played in native resolution (1920x1080) or a higher resolution.  The result is the same.  Is there a fix for this?

The latest version is 1.18 go to your account

page and install that version and see if that

fixes your issue and report back here.

Downloaded the update / rebooted and the problem seems to be fixed.  I had previously checked for updates through the Start 11 / about .  I guess Betas don't appear that way because it reported that I was current with 1.18. 

In the future I will have to check my accounts / download page for updates.  Thanks for your help!
