i'm using the 100% DPI , and i tried 125% dpi which marked the default, but it did NOT work at all. all of the settings did NOT work! I'm NOT suffer any hacks on my computer and i tried the other two PCs with Windows 8.1 64bit , all of the 3 computers have the SAME issue! but when i installed on any PC with windows 7, it works very well, no matter on 32bit or 64bit or 100% dpi or 125% dpi.
