I have the same issue. Windows 10 is terrible at managing multiple monitors! It moves my icons, Fences, Jing sun, etc. randomly between the laptop screen and the 2 attached external monitors while I am docked. Restarting will move things around with no rhyme or reason.

I have enabled the Store my Fences' position on a per-screen-resolution' basis option and I am running two different multiple monitor setups. I have 2 4K 2560x1440 at work and 2 1920x1080 at home. When I switch from Work to Home the fences scale appropriately and re-align to the proper window positions. When I come back to the 4K setup, the positions are correct but the fence size is larger. I.e. I have 4 fences 1x4 in size and when I switch back to 4K, the fen
