Switching resolutions

I have enabled the Store my Fences' position on a per-screen-resolution' basis option and I am running two different multiple monitor setups.  I have 2 4K 2560x1440 at work and 2 1920x1080 at home.  When I switch from Work to Home the fences scale appropriately and re-align to the proper window positions.  When I come back to the 4K setup, the positions are correct but the fence size is larger.  I.e. I have 4 fences 1x4 in size and when I switch back to 4K, the fences are now 5x1.5-ish.  This is Windows 10 and the 4K setup does use 125% scaling.
