I just upgraded from Multiplicity 3 to Multiplicity 4 Pro. I activated Multiplicity 4, but the Pro features aren't available. Why is this? How do I get the features that I've just paid for?

After a couple of months, I haven't received any information about this issue. Is it being ignored?
It's been a couple of months, but I haven't heard anything from you.
It's been a couple of months. Is there any progress on fixing SpaceMonger?
That's weird. Every word of it is objectively correct. Let's dig in to help you understand: A day later, the issue isn't even acknowledge and I have no more information on it than when I first reported the issue, At the time I wrote that, there was no acknowledgement that an issue existed. I was told that there was no schedule for addressing anything on the conditional "if an issue is confirmed". That is, the is
They'll both give you the same SpaceMonger.exe file for your product.
Thanks for the clarification! I was hoping that one or the other would address the functionality issues I've reported elsewhere. It's a pity that this application is broken.
However, your retelling of the experience here seems inaccurate.
What do you think I got wrong?
While I would like the issue to be resolved as quickly as you do, as you might suspect, there are competing priorities internally and this issue has, sadly, fallen lower on the list over time. With your report, it is my hope that it will get renewed attention.
If it is known t
The displays of my workstation look like this:
[B1][C1] [A1][A2][A3]
On top in the midde, I have the single monitor for machine B. On the top right, I have the single monitor for machine C. On the bottom row, I have three monitors for my main machine, A. That machine has the keyboard and mouse attached.
How do you come to the conclusion that "this product wasn't supported"?
I have reported a high-severity, easily-reproducible bug in the product. A day later, the issue isn't even acknowledge and I have no more information on it than when I first reported the issue, which isn't even confirmed or acknowledged at this point. I'm told that I can't track anything, and maybe (or maybe not) something will be done about it. Nobody ha
The log (including this thread) is available for us to track and review internally. At this time, we have no schedule as to when it would be addressed if an issue is confirmed.
Oh, I see. I wasn't aware that this product wasn't supported.
Internal ref: ODNT-8186
Thanks, but I don't understand what that means. What are my next steps?
Not sure about those links but I think it best if you use your Account product download page to download files. https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. Please check there and see if you still get SpaceMonger listed twice.
Why do you recommend against the post-purchase instructions, which say to use the links I pictured? How are SpaceMonger-fs-setup_sd.exe and SpaceMonger_sd_setup.exe different?
Files are things located everywhere in the file system. Documents are things located in the Documents folder.
So it's expected that there are duplicate results across these two categories? How is that useful?
I've logged your experience here with our team internally. Internal Reference: ODNT-1214
Thank you. What are the next steps?
One link goes to SpaceMonger-fs-setup_sd.exe, and the other is SpaceMonger_sd_setup.exe. What is the difference?
Looks like the involved files are Windows AppStore reparse points . When SpaceMonger can't handle them, it gets blown out of the water and any hope of a meaningful space usage summary is lost. How can I open a support ticket about this? This bug makes the product unusable.
The tree view thinks I have 52.9 petabytes of storage. I I closed the app and did another scan, and now I'm using exabytes of storage. Does this app actually work?
Click the Get Now button on the upgrade for Object Desktop.
Thanks! That ... well, I feel like it didn't give that option over the weekend. But I got it to work now. It's still not perfectly clear this will override my Start11 and Multiplicity licenses, tho. Is that what will happen?
I have licenses for Start 11 and Multiplicity. Now that I want to start using Fences, I think it's more economical to upgrade to ObjectDesktop -- cheaper, even if I don't use any of the other tools in the suite. How do I upgrade my existing subscriptions to an ObjectDesktop subscription? I'm concerned with being double-billed, and having multiple subscriptions that I don't actually use.
Then, maybe you can explain why duplicate results are a feature? Why is this showing the same file twice the right answer? What is the difference between "documents" and "files"?
Is there any way to address duplicate results from search?
Please note that the file exists in two places, not three.
If I search for files, I get duplicate results. Here is a screenshot where I search for "VINs". Turns out I have a *.TXT file which matches that name, and it includes a list of vehicle ID numbers for cars I own. The first results is to "%UserProfile%\OneDrive\Documents\My Scans\Cars\VINs.txt" which is great, that's what I expect. The next result is to "%UserProfile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\VINs.txt.lnk" which is annoying. I don't want to search rec

I noticed my desktop machine was also stuck at 1.1 claiming current version and no updates, but when I tried again today it downloaded and installed the update no problem. Seems like you might add some metrics to the download servers to see if they're actuall
