There is an issue with Fences showing up at boot. You can contact support below to get instructions on a work around. Right clicking your desktop also works, in the meantime, to get them to show up. https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit
Check these files: C:\Users\{USERNAME}\AppData\Local\Stardock\ObjectDockPlus - You may need to delete them or back them up, delete them, and reset your positions.
Right Windows key seems to work for me.
You purchased through Stardock and received the Steam key. Activating through Steam, which is how it shows up in your account history. :)
Maybe there were some issues with your My Games/GalCiv3 folder. I'm glad it's working now however. If you run into it again after the release of 1.4, please let us know.

If you click Multiplayer, you're connected. It depends on your playtime. You may wish to join a GC3 group on Steam to see if you can find some other players who're playing at the same time.
This defeats the purpose of Fences in general. We have received this as a feature request however. Thank you for the feedback.

Is your /fileicon being changed in any way? Example: You open a word.doc and then save it later. It's now a "new file" technically I believe, and thus put on the general desktop as per your settings may be. We have this logged with our developer at this time.
