Hello, Do you have it set to windowed or full screen? Can you change any app settings under the ModernMix configuration? Find the Mail app, left click it, then click "delete this apps settings" at the bottom of the window. Let me know if any of this helps.

This is sweet.
The message means that your Antivirus software hasn't seen that specific file very often, which is common when a new version of a program is released. Once it has cataloged more instances of it being downloaded and ran, it should be fine, but until then, there should be a way to exclude the file from being deleted. As long as you're downloading from a known reputable place, you should be fine.
