immagikman - It depends what you're looking to do. Do you want to seamlessly control a secondary PC next to you while playing games? You can do that. I have MP installed on both work PC's and my home PC's. My home PC's are gaming rigs, 1 strictly so. janktron - If you're using KVM to play on another PC, why not just play on that PC? Even tweaking the settings to obtain the fastest speed, you may be hindered by your own network equipment. Did you know MP was made so our founder could b

Likely because you responded to your own ticket (resetting your place in line) and after a holiday weekend (Fri-Mon) there may be more than higher volume. I've responded to your ticket.
For both of you, we've gone ahead and corrected your accounts. For anyone else, we're looking into the issue at this time.
Please check your ticket here as you did not receive Sean's response. https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/default_import/Core/Default/Index
That money, which is a hold, should be released within a few days, but it subject to your banks policy. For the declined card, try allowing the purchase with your bank, or you can also try using Paypal.
I'm looking into this now montella. My apologies. I will respond to the ticket and would ask if you could as well from now on as that's the quickest way to get support's attention.
I've gone ahead and processed your order montella. You should receive an email shortly.
Sorry for breaking the thread. [e digicons]8C[/e] Can't even edit the post because it's hidden the buttons.
Fixed up, sorry it had to be deleted. Not sure what happened there. I suppose you can break your reply into separate posts.
I've responded to your ticket. In the future, please do not include your email or product key. (You just gave anyone with those two things the ability to activate your software)
I'm not sure what's happening to your PC, but WindowBlinds isn't going to slow your internet speed down and cause your PC to lockup and crash. The support tool is not us going into your PC, it's a log tool to show us what's happening with our apps. I've responded once again to your ticket.
Captcha appears to be working fine. Provided this is the page you were accessing: https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/default_import/Tickets/Submit
This has been answered.
It appears you've been responding to your own ticket. Unfortunately that means you've reset your place in line over and over again. I'll be responding, but please note in the future, from the auto responding email: " We have compiled some answers to the most common requests \ issues below. We realize this will not help everyone with their reported issue, however: If it does not, you do not need to reply to this
We sent you information about how to obtain your purchased product, which you were asking about. https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/104/101/how-can-i-get-my-registration-information-again If you follow that link, it will tell you everything you need to know to get your product.
Do you mean this: You can click No Thanks and proceed to your cart. I've responded to your ticket and will thus be locking this.
Sorry to hear you're experiencing this problem. Can you download and run the tool below: http://sd.stardock.com/Support/supportToolTest/SDSupportTool.exe Then attach the .zip that's created and send it in with a ticket to support. With your ticket, if you could also link to this forum post, it would be most helpful: <a href="https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/Tickets/Subm
Thank you for posting this. I've gone ahead and sent this bug report to the developer. Again, thank you for the easy to follow repro steps!
Can you try verifying the game cache and launching the game again? For some people, we have seen that permissions for the 'My Games' directory have changed after a Windows 10 upgrade (fresh Windows 10 installs would not have the issue). If you have recently upgraded to Windows 10, and your game will not load \ save \ save your settings changes, please download and run the following: http://sd.stardock.com/Support/P
Within the settings.ini file you can change the resolution. Located here: C:\Users\YOUR_PCNAME\Documents\my games\Ashes of the Singularity Under the field for Resolution, enter your desired resolution. IE: 1920,1080 Resolution=1920,1080
At this time, the resolution disparity is too great for the current version of MP to manage the difference, however, there may be an update to address it at some point. I've sent a feature request to the developer.
Please send us a ticket, we should be able to assist further with some logs from your PC. Download this: http://sd.stardock.com/Support/supportToolTest/SDSupportTool.exe Run it, send it with your ticket below: https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit
I tried renaming dir to galciv3.old and recopied some saved games into new saved game dir. Verified integrity of cache and was all good. Loaded up old saved game and new version saved games and had no graphic of ship in design ship. Tried a brand new game with new expansion and no ships. Guess I just don't get any pretty graphics of ships. Next step is delete and reinstall game? fiddlesticks <
