It sounds like you've already registered your game to another email address. If you'd like to try activating the game with previous email addresses, please do so. Shadeflayer - I've gone ahead and reset your activation's. You'll need to activate your PC's again, but you get 5 activation's now with 1 license.

Looks like your anti-aliasing is off/low. Have you deleted your prefs.ini file? It's located here: C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\Documents\My Games\GalCiv3
Oh no, by all means express disappointment if it's valid. But Valve put limits on family sharing for a reason. Perhaps you can ask them why or find it somewhere in their ToC, EULA, etc. I don't know the reason and I don't have the answers you're looking for. But I don't think what's being complained about is valid. That's my OP, you're free to disagree. You're asking for X but they only have Y, then you're complaining they're not giving you X.
