I had been using Fences Pro on my HP laptop. I think it came pre-installed. I upgraded to Windows 10, and now I can't move any of the icons. I read somewhere that I needed the newer version of Fences. I bought it and tried to install it, but it tells me that I have to uninstall the current version. The problem is that I can't uninstall Fences Pro. I got a message that some file or link was missing. I tried to replicate the error in order to document it here, but when I select "uninsta
