I'm on a touch-enabled laptop and for some reason, tapping the Start button does not actually open up Start 11. If I click on it or use the Windows key on my keyboard, it does open. If, under the Control settings for the "Clicking the start button opens" option, I switch from Start 11 menu to Windows menu, it starts to work again (the default menu). Interestingly, if I disengage the "Use the Start 11 Start Menu" option under Start Menu, I cannot open a start menu through touch
