I understand that foot soldiers where tried to fight on "foot" but let's be "real"; in this game you hurl fireballs and summon demons and such. It's a fantasy game. Archers with platemail...upgrading troops that were trained to fight in leather armor to platemail also. So put on a hefty price tag, make it so you have to be in a city for 1 or 2 turns to process. I think it should me done. My opinion :) I was pretty sure you could not
